摘    要:介绍了炼钢厂使用后废弃的镁碳砖的回收利用,将其制备成为w(MgO)> 40%的镁球,用于转炉炼钢,替代部分白云石作为造渣辅料,起到优化转炉冶炼造渣工艺、改善炼钢垃圾对环境污染的作用,实现了废弃镁碳砖在炼钢工艺中的全量利用.

Abstract:Introduced the recycling of the waste magnesia carbon brick that was used in the steelmaking factory, the waste magnesia carbon brick was prepared into magnesium ball with the w(MgO) was more than 40%. Use the magnesium ball instead of dolomite as slag-making material in converter steelmaking process, optimized smelting slag formation of converter, decreased pollution to the environment of steelmaking garbage, achieved full use of waste magnesia carbon brick in steelmaking process.
