摘    要:针对医疗垃圾收集、转运和处理过程,提出了在收运车内安装冷藏车温度仪、电子称重仪、MDCS通讯控制器、车载GPS、支持多种网络协议的控制器、读卡器和LCD显示器、基于GPS&GSM/GPRS&GIS和互联网平台,构成信息管理系统,实现了收集运输车和政府监管部门之间的数据实时交换和信息管理。该系统可以处置收运路线的动态寻优、生产的合理调度和“转移联单”的快速传递,提高了医疗垃圾的处置效率,减少了运行成本。

Abstract:An information operation and management system for medical trash collection was established in this paper, transport and disposal in the waste collection-transport vehicle. The system is composed of the temperature instrument for the refrigerator truck, the electron weight meter, the MDCS communication controller, the GPS on vehicle, the network director based on mutil-protocol, the reading card, the LCD monitor and the operation interface based on GPS&GSM/GPRS&GIS and Internet. The real-time data communication and management between the waste collection-transport vehicle and the departments of government can be realized. The system can be used to deal with dynamic optimization of waste collection-transport routes, reasonable production schedule, and quick transfer of "Shift List". The disposal efficiency is increased and the cost is decreased.
