| Abstract: | In this paper the concrete lateral pressure effect coefficient of concrete-filled steel tube columns is analyzed and calculating formulae are given. The ultimate strength of concrete-filled steel tube column is studied.The calculating formula and simplified formula are given for ordinary concrete and high strength concrete filled steel tube columns. |
