高温结构应力松驰和蠕变损伤分析的实用方法

摘    要:分析讨论了包含持续阶段的循环载荷作用下高温结构的应力-应变历史的规律性,在此基础上对现有的决定多轴应力松弛过程的简化方法进行了评述,并着重介绍了其简化方法。本文对该简化方法进行了改进,并用此改进形式对典型结构进行了应力松弛和蠕变损伤分析,与详细非弹性有限元分析结果的比较,证实所采用方法的可靠性和实用性。

Abstract:The regularity of stress strain evolution history in high temperature structures under cycle loads with sustaining phases is analyzed and discussed. Based on this, the existing simplified methods for determining the course of multiaxial stress relaxation are reviewed briefly. Some modification is made in this paper to the method proposed in Ref.[5,6]. Finally, the stress relaxation and creep damage of a typical structure is analyzed by using the improved method. The comparison with the results of the detailed inelastic finite element analysis demonstrates the reliability and applicability of the method adopted in this paper.
