单组分湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶黏剂的研制

摘    要:以多元醇和异氰酸酯为主要原料合成不同-NCO含量的单组分湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶黏剂。阐述了固化机理,讨论了软段结构、-NCO含量、固化时间和其它填料对其性能的影响。结果表明,以自制的多元醇,设定-NCO质量分数为3.0%左右时,添加适量的EVA和萜烯树脂改性,其性能较好,固化时间为24h,拉伸强度达到9.5MPa,初黏强度达到0.38MPa,剪切强度达到8.4MPa。

Abstract:The one component moisture curing polyurethane hot melt adhesives with different-NCO contents were synthesized from polyol and diisocyanate.The curing mechanism was expatiated,and the effects of structure of soft-segment,-NCO content,curing time and other fillers on the performance were discussed.The results showed that the one component moisture curing polyurethane hot melt adhesives had the optimal performance with the-NCO content was 3.0% and addition of proper amount of terpene-resin and EVA.The tensile strength,initial adhesion and shear strength could reach9.5MPa,0.38MPa and 8.4MPa respectively when the curing time was 24 h.
