饮水杯盖注射模设计及工艺分析

摘    要:注射成形是重要的塑料成形方式之一,工艺参数对塑件质量有重要影响。通过对饮水杯盖产品结构和注射成型的工艺分析,确定了该塑件的注射模结构为一模两腔。设计了螺纹脱模机构、浇注系统、螺纹转动保险机构和温度控制系统。

Abstract:Inject molding is an important way for plastic forming, and technological parameters have significant effects on the quality of injection molded parts. Through study on the structure of children potable water cup and existed technology problems in injection forming, an injection mould with one module and two cavities were determined. Thread demoulding mechanism, injection system, protect mechanism of thread rotation and temperature control system were designed.
