钢-混凝土组合梁开孔波折板连接件受剪性能试验研究

摘    要:通过12组不同参数的开孔波折板连接件试件进行单调加载受剪试验,研究了不同构造参数的连接件试件的破坏形态、荷载-滑移特性、构造参数对受剪承载力的影响,以及贯穿钢筋的应变、开孔波折板的von Mises应力随荷载的变化规律。研究结果表明:开孔波折板连接件的荷载-滑移曲线基本可分为无滑移阶段、弹性阶段、塑性阶段及破坏阶段;波高和混凝土强度对连接件的承载能力、抗剪刚度、滑移特性等影响显著;开孔波折板焊接边的von Mises应力大于自由边,折板段的von Mises应力大于平板段,开孔周边板的von Mises应力随荷载增加而增加;结构参数相同的试件,贯穿钢筋直径越小,其承担的剪力越大,连接件波高越大,贯穿钢筋承担剪力越小;与开孔板连接件相比,无贯穿钢筋的开孔波折板连接件的受剪承载力提高了300%,设置贯穿钢筋的开孔波折板连接件的受剪承载力提高了约200%。

Experimental study on shear behavior of perforated corrugated plate connectors in steel and concrete composite beam

Abstract:Based on the test results of 12 groups of perforated corrugated plate connectors with different parameters, the failure modes, characteristics of load-slip behavior, impact of constructional parameters on the bearing capacity, variation rule of transverse rebar strain, and the von Mises stress curve of the shear connectors were studied by monotonic shear loading test. It can be concluded that the load-slip curve of the corrugated perforated shear connectors can be approximately divided into no slip stage, the elastic stage, the plastic stage and the the failure stage. The height of wave and the strength of concrete have great influence on the bearing capacity, shearing stiffness and the characteristics of load-slip. The von Mises stress of the welding side is greater than that of free side. The von Mises stress of the flap segment is greater than that of flat segment. The von Mises stress of the side with holes presents linearly increasing trend with the increasing load. For the specimens with the same parameters, the smaller the diameter of transverse rebars is, the larger the stress of the rebars is. The larger the height of wave is, the smaller the shear force of the transverse rebars is. Compared with perforated plate connectors, the shear capacity of perforated corrugated plate connectors without transverse rebars increases by 300%, and the shear capacity of perforated corrugated plate connectors of contain transverse rebars increases by 200%.
