| 摘 要： | 现代先进的冶金铸造技术、现代管理和信息技术是更好地实现高铬白口铸铁磨球的现代规模化生产的重要内容。在铸态加亚温处理新工艺的背景下，阐述了采用新技术的内核及组织管理和制造过程中成组技术、敏捷化制造管理系统的应用。
