知识经济下企业组织结构模式探索

文章对当前知识经济时代特征下传统的科层组织结构所表现出来的问题进行了分析，在归纳了影响组织结构模式因素理论的基础上，对知识经济条件下组织结构模式进行研究，提出企业组织结构必须进行变革，以水平组织结构代替垂直型组织结构，改变职能部门工作，建立扁平化、网络化、学习型组织以适应变化迅速的企业内外部环境。

The search for organizational structure based on knowledge-economy

Based on analyzing the defects of traditional organization model under the knowledge-economy,and exploring the new development of organizational structure theory,we realize that the organizational structure must be transformed.We should change the work of department,make flat,network and learning organization to adapt the environment of enterprise.
