浅谈大学生社团建设工作的几点思考

大学生社团是由高校学生依据兴趣爱好自愿组成，按照章程自主开展活动的学生组织。为新形势下有效凝聚大学生、提高大学生综合素质、引导大学生适应社会、促进大学生成才就业等方面发挥着重要作用。在社团管理建设中，完善团总支对社团的管理，注重社团文化建设，建立可持续发展机制，建立评价制度，鼓励社团工作创新，打造精品社团，推动学生社团全面发展。

We need perfect the management of corps branch in consortium construction. We must pay attention to the culture construction. We must found the continuable mechanism and the estimate system. We must arouse the innovation of consortium work, and make excellent consortium. So we can impel the consortium developing roundly.
