摘    要:采用热补偿电阻点焊方法进行焊接镁合金板试验,并分析了焊接电流、焊接时间及电极压力等焊接参数对生成熔核的尺度与接头抗剪强度的影响。试验结果表明,采用热补偿电阻点焊方法焊接镁合金,能在较低的焊接电流条件下获得具有较大熔核及较高抗剪强度的点焊接头。因而,采用热补偿电阻点焊方法焊接镁合金是有效的。

Abstract:The AZ31B magnesium alloy sheets were welded using a technique of thermal compensation resistance spot welding.The effects of welding parameters(such as electric current,welding time and pressure on the welding electrode) on the tensile shear strength of the joint and melt spot diameter were investigated.The welding joints with high tensile shear strength were obtained under relatively low welding current.The results reveal that thermal compensation resistance spot welding method is feasible for magnesium a...
