| 摘 要： | 试验研究了挤压筒温度、铸锭温度、挤压系数、固溶处理温度及保温时间等因素对6A02-T6铝合金厚壁管材低倍组织的影响规律。最终确定出合理的工艺参数,控制6A02-T6铝合金厚壁管材不出现粗晶或把粗晶环控制在5mm之内,以满足用户使用要求。

| Abstract: | The influence of extrusion container temperature,ingot temperature,extrusion coefficient,quenching temperature and holding time on macrostructure of 6A02-T6 thick wall tube has been investigated and the reasonable process parameters has been settled,therefore the coarse crystal of 6A02-T6 thick wall tube can be limited,or control the coarse crystal ring within 5mm,so the thick wall tube can meet the customer demands. |
