电网故障信息管理系统的开发

摘    要:为充分利用微机保护和录波器存储的信息,进一步提高电网运行管理水平,提出电网故障信息管理系统采用成熟的通信技术将信息直接从变电站传送到调度部门,使故障信息得以共享,由于采用GPS技术,确保了系统中的时钟具有相同的时标,提高了被传送的故障信息的同时性,有助于故障分析和故障定位。文章介绍了系统的设计和应用情况。

Abstract:The operation and management level of power network can be further improved by fully utilizing the micro computer based protective relaying and the information stored in the fault recorders. In this paper a power network fault management information system, which directly transmits the fault information to the dispatching centre from substations by mature communication technique, is presented. Therefore, the transmitted fault information can be shared. By use of GPS technique the time scale of all the clocks in the power network is identical. Thus, the simultaneity of the transmitted fault information is improved and it is helpful for fault analysis and fault location. The design and application of the presented system are given.
