含纳米负离子的聚丙烯腈原液的特性研究

摘    要:主要探讨了纳米负离子在聚丙烯腈溶液中的分散问题,并讨论了纳米粉体对聚丙烯腈相对分子质量、溶液流变特性的影响。结果表明:添加顺序对纳米级负氧离子粉体在聚丙烯腈干法纺丝原液中的分散有很大影响,在溶胀前加入纳米负离子粉体的分散效果最佳;随着粉体含量的增加,分散效果降低,粉体含量<3%时分散性较好;负离子粉体的加入使得原液的黏度有所降低,黏流活化能有所增加;但在较高剪切速率下,黏度随温度的变化不明显,且黏流活化能也接近常规PAN原液。

Abstract:The dispersion of nano-anion in the PAN spinning solution was discussed.The influnce of nano powder on molecular weight and rheology of PAN solution were investigated.The results showed that the order of adding had big effect to the dispersion of nano-anion powder in the PAN dry spinning solution,the dispersion was best when the powder was added before solution swelling,the dispersion was lowered with the content of powder increased;the dispersion was optimum when powder content was <3 %,the viscosity of spinning solution was lowering with the adding of anion powder.At the high shear rate,the viscosity changes with the temperature was not obvious and activation energy of viscous flow was similar to conventional PAN spinning solution.
