油气弹簧圆盘形缝隙节流分析与特性试验

摘    要:运用边界层理论推导了紊流状态下缝隙的积分流量表达式,提出了油气弹簧阀片圆盘形缝隙节流的一种研究方法。根据自主研发油气弹簧的结构形式,给出了阀片等效厚度的求解方式以及阻尼阀流量分配示意图,通过上述推导公式以及实际气体状态方程,建立了单气室油气弹簧的数学模型,并对特性进行了仿真和试验。结果表明所建立的油气弹簧圆盘缝隙紊流流量公式和特性数学模型是正确的,对阻尼阀的精确设计具有参考价值。

Abstract:A flow equation of aperture under the turbulence state is deduced using the boundary layer theory and a method for analyzing the characteristics of the discal throttle aperture of hydro pneumatic spring is presented. The equivalent thickness equation of the slice and the flow capacity distribution sketch are given. The mathematical model of hydropneumatic spring is built according to the above equation and the actual gas state equation. The simulation and experiment of the characteristics are conducted. The results show that the turbulence flow equation is workable and the hydro pneumatic spring model is correct, both of which provide references to an accurate damping valve design.
