| 摘 要： | 如何加强资金管理,提高资金使用效益,防范资金风险是每个企业所面临的重要课题.通过对企业在资金管理中存在着信息失真、监控不力、使用效率低等风险的分析,提出了企业资金管理中可以采用资金集中管理、加强现金流量预测、推行全面预算管理等手段和措施,有效地实现企业资金风险的控制.

| Abstract: | How to strengthen the capital management,raise the efficiency of capital,and defend capital risk are important issues that every enterprise faces.This paper analyzes various risks existing in enterprises,including distorted information,inefficient supervision and low utilizing efficiency.The author proposes some measures,such as concentrating capital management,strengthening the prediction of cash flow and the promotion of comprehensive budget to control the enterprise's capital risk effectively. |
