摘    要:介绍小浪底水利枢纽工程排沙洞无粘结双层环绕后张拉预应力钢筋混凝土施工中钢筋的加工及现场定位拼装 ,混凝土浇筑 ,锚具槽的施工 ,锚索的布置与张拉 ,锚索、锚具的防腐等施工工艺和工序 .该施工方案锚索安装精度高 ,张拉摩擦系数小 ,取消了预埋波纹管 ,减少了张拉、锚具槽回填的工作量 ,提高了施工控制水平 ,能确保施工进度和施工质量 .

Abstract:Introduced are techniques in tensioning of prestressed concrete for sand flushing tunnel construction in the Xiaolangdi Project, including manufacture and site installation of reinforcing steel, concrete pouring, anchorage slot construction, arrangement and tensioning of anchorage cables, and anti corrosive treatment of anchorage cables and anchorage devices. In the present scheme, the precision of anchorage cable installation is high, the tensioning friction coefficient is small, and the embedded corrugated pipe is eliminated. The technology may also help decrease the work load in tensioning of anchorage cables and backfilling of anchorage slot, improve construction control, and ensure construction progress and quality.
