沙角C电厂废水回用工程实践

摘    要:沙角C电厂废水回用工程将生活污水、含油废水、含煤废水、锅炉排污水收集起来,集中处理后回用于全厂杂用水系统,并将化学除盐废水用于冲灰。废水处理工艺包括降温、除油、曝气、沉淀、澄清和杀菌,所用设备自动化程度高,运行安全可靠。废水经处理后,各项指标均达到回用标准。废水回用工程投产后,每年可节约新鲜水170万t,减少排放工业废水188万t,减少排放除盐废水14万t,经济、环境、社会效益显著。

Abstract:The general situation of waste water reuse project in Shajiao C Power Plant has been presented. The residential sewage, waste water containing oil or coal, and blowoff water from boilers in the power plant are collected together, and reused for whole station service system after centralized treatment, and the waste water from chemical desalting is used as ashsluicing water. The waste water treatment technology includes temperature reduction, oil removal, aeration, sedimentation, clarification, and sterilization, the equipments used has high level of automation, being safe and reliable in operation. After waste water treatment, all indices reached reuse standard. After putting the waste water reuse project into operation, fresh water can be saved for 1.20 million t per year, the reduction of industrial waste water discharge to be 1.88 million t, reducing waste water from desalting for 0.14 million t, obtaining obvious economic, environmental and social benefits.
