连云港近海域浮游动物种类组成及其多样性

摘    要:2005年8月分3海区调查连云港近海域浮游动物的种类组成、优势种以及生物多样性。结果共鉴定出40种浮游动物,港口区和西大堤均鉴定出28种,连岛15种;3海区浮游动物种群组成基本相同。海区内桡足类在种类和数量上占绝对优势,其中小拟哲水蚤优势度最高。优势种小拟哲水蚤、针刺拟哲水蚤及百陶箭虫的高密度区出现在同一海域,且均有外港高于内港,堤北、外港高于连岛近海区的趋势。浮游动物多样性4项指数显示,港口区和堤北区海洋浮游动物物种丰富度和多样性指数较高,均匀度较好;连岛近海区种类丰富度和多样性指数均最低,多样性较差。

Species Composition and Diversity of Zooplankton in Lianyungang Inshore

Abstract:The species composition, main dominants, and species diversity of zooplankton in the Lianyungang inshore, were analyzed in three subregional sea areas respectively in August 2005. Forty species in total were identified in the surveyed sea area, with 28 species near the port and the Western area of the Dam, 15 species in Liandao island inshore. The main dominants were copepod species, with the dominance degree of Paracalanus parvus being the highest. The higher individual areas of the three species, Paracalanus parvus, Paracalanus aculeatus, Sagitta bedoti, were found in the same sea area, with presenting the following tendency: outer port, inner port, Northern area of the Dam〉Liandao island inshore, and outer port〉Liandao island inshore. Four indexes of the zooplankton diversity indicated that the species richness and species diversity of zooplankton in port area and northern area of the Dam showed higher index and better evenness, while those of zooplankton in Liandao island inshore showed lower index and poor diversity.
