NA催化剂在工业化生产J340树脂中的应用

研究了用于丙烯聚合的新型NA催化剂的组成、粒度分布及本体聚合性能,同时与进口催化剂进行了相关对比。试验结果表明,NA催化剂的主要组成与进口催化剂相近,但NA催化剂颗粒微观结构与进口催化剂有较大差别,NA催化剂的比表面积和孔体积约是进口催化剂的两倍。NA催化剂本体聚合反应制备的聚合物颗粒规整性较好,表面形态更接近于球形。将NA催化剂用于生产J340树脂的工业应用结果表明,NA催化剂的活性较高,达到25kg/g(以每克催化剂生产聚丙烯的质量计),比进口催化剂的活性高15%;共聚性能与进口催化剂相当,能长周期应用于Hypol工艺聚丙烯生产装置,装置操作稳定;所生产的J340树脂颗粒形态好,细粉含量少,机械性能达到进口催化剂生产J340树脂的水平,产品为优级品。

Industrial Application of NA Catalyst for Producing Polypropylene J340

Composition,particle size distribution and catalytic performance of NA catalyst in batch liquid bulk polymerization of propylene were studied and were compared with those of an imported catalyst.Main components of the two catalysts were similar.But the particle microstructures of the two catalysts were greatly different.Specific surface area and pore volume of NA catalyst were two times that of the imported.The stereo properties of polypropylene particle produced on NA catalyst were better than that produced on imported catalyst in batch liquid bulk polymerization process.The morphology of polypropylene resin produced on NA catalyst was almost spherical in form.Industrial application of NA catalyst indicated that it possessed a very high activity(about 25kg polypropylene per gram catalyst),which was 15% higher than that of imported catalyst.Less fine powder of polymer was produced on NA catalyst.The copolymerization performances of the two catalysts were equivalent.NA catalyst could be steadily operated in Hypol polymerization process for a long period of time.Mechanical property of J340 resin produced on it could meet the same requirements as those produced on imported catalyst.
