蓄热燃烧技术及其在冶金工业炉中的应用

摘    要:本文对蓄热燃烧技术的原理、发展历史及其在冶金工业炉中的应用进行了介绍,对换向阀及换向控制、NOX的控制、炉压控制、炉气含氧量、高炉煤气的利用、性能价格比等关键问题进行了分析.冶金工业炉需要实施这一项蓄热燃烧节能技术改造,以提高其热能利用率,减少环境污染,从根本上实现冶金工业的高效、低耗和清洁生产。

Abstract:The prindple and devefopment Astory of regenetative combustion and its applications in metallurgital furnaces were introduced. The key problems such as reverse wtve and its conbol, low NOx. combustion, furnace pnaure control, oxygen composition in waste gas, the utilhation of BFG, the mtio of perfotmance to price were analyzed. The metallurgical furnace should me the lathest combustion technology to nanstruct in oder to imporove energy efficiency and to eliminate environment pollution. It will get the results of high efficiency, low consumption and clear production in metallurgical industry.
