Rough集综合评价矩阵及其在风险决策中的应用

综合评价就是对多种因素所影响的事物或现象做出总的评价，即对评价对象的全体，根据所给的条件，给每个对象赋予一个非负实数——评价指标，再据此排序择优．根据Rough集和Bayes理论中的决策规则的确定性因子的涵义及其功能，本文提出了决策规则的条件属性确定性因子的概念，再利用条件属性的综合权重建立了Rough集综合评价矩阵，在风险决策时可以给决策者提供一定的决策依据．

The Concept of Rough Sets Comprehensive Appraisal Matrix and the Application on the Risk Policy Making

Comprehensive appraisal is to make total appraisal on many kinds of factor things or phenomenon influenced. It gives the real number to each target evaluation index, arranges in an order and selects the superior in view of the above, namely to the whole of appraising target, according to the condition given. According to the meaning and function of the certainty factor of decision rule in Rough Sets and Bayes theory, this text has put forward the concept of the terms attribute certainty factor of the decision rule. Then utilize the comprehensive weight of condition attributes to set up Rough Sets comprehensive appraisal matrix, which can provide certain decision basis for policymaker while making policy in risk.
