| 摘 要： | 在对衬垫设计公式深入分析的基础上，总结出了毁满足缓冲要求、又符合挠度样核条件的衬垫极大、极小尺寸值，提出了单纯增大衬垫面积反面是导致产品破损的原因之一的结核，并应用于考虑产品重心的衬垫设计方法之中，并给出了重心设计方法及步骤。

| Abstract: | Based on the deep analysis of cushion designing formular .this paper draws up the maximum and minimum size of cushion which. meet the requirements of cushioning and bend check, makes a conclusion that increasing cushion area alone is one reason for destroying product. applies it further to the cushion designing method with different gravity centre of products. and gives out the gravity centre design method and procedures. |
