| 摘 要： | 应用双螺杆挤出醇解工艺制备88系列聚乙烯醇（PVA）,研究了碱物质的量比、聚醋酸乙烯质量分数、聚醋酸乙烯含水量、醇解温度等工艺参数对产品醇解度的影响。较优工艺条件为：碱物质的量比0.006～0.008,聚醋酸乙烯质量分数50%,聚醋酸乙烯含水量1%±0.2%,醇解温度45℃。

| Abstract: | The application of the twin - screw extruding alcoholysis process to prepare 88 series of polyvinyl alcohol （PVA） was studied. Effect of the molar ratio of alkali and polyvinyl acetate mass fraction, polyvinyl acetate water content and temperature and other alcoholysis process parameters on alcoholysis de- gree of the product was studied. The better conditions are as follows ： the alkali substance ratio of 0.006 to 0.008, polyvinyl acetate ethylene mass fraction of 50% , polyvinyl acetate water content 1% ± 0.2%, alco- hol decomposition temperature of 45 ℃. |
