土地利用结构优化配置方法研究综述

土地利用结构优化是土地利用总体规划的核心内容，是实现土地资源可持续利用的重要手段，是目前研究的一个热点问题．在对国内外土地利用结构优化方法进行回顾的基础上．系统地分析了不同土地利用结构优化方法的优缺点．分析表明：对土地利用结构数量优化的方法趋于成熟；对土地利用空间结构优化的方法选择还有很大的发展前景；将土地利用结构的数量优化、空间优化、效益优化有机地结合起来是未来土地利用结构优化研究方法的发展趋势．

Research Review in Optimization Allocation Methods of Land Use Structure

Optimization of land use structure is the core content of land use general plan, which is also an important method of achieving sustainable use of land resources, so as to be a hot research issue at present. This paper systematically analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different land use structure optimizations, on the basis of a review of domestic and in- ternational land use structure optimization methods. Results showed that quality optimization methods of land use structure tended to be mature, and there was a great development prospects on the choice of better methods of land use spatial struc- ture. The combination of quality optimization, space optimization and benefit optimization of land use would be the devel- opment trend for the research method of land use structure optimization.
