集中式燃油测量系统的双机容错设计与实现

摘    要:分析了飞机燃油测量系统的发展方向,介绍了集成式燃油测量系统的结构,从提高可靠性的角度对集中式数字燃油测量系统进行了总体设计,并以单片机为基础实现了中央测量单元的双机容错设计。重点分析了双机容错结构的故障监测原理和系统重构策略与过程,给出了故障监测和系统切换的硬件与软件框图。该设计也可用于一般计算机测控系统。

Abstract:The development of fuel measuring system for aircraft is analyzed, the structure of centralized fuel measuring system is introduced, and the general design for a centralized fuel measuring system is presented from the viewpoint of reliability. Furthermore, a fault tolerant design based on dual single chip computer for central measuring unit is given. The principle of fault monitoring, the strategy and process of system reconstructing for the fault tolerant dual system are emphasized. The schematic diagram of hardware and software for fault monitoring and system switching is given. The method can be used in other common computerized measurement or control system.
