天然气发动机缸内压力信号采集及分析系统的开发

摘    要:介绍运用虚拟仪器技术开发的天然气发动机缸内压力信号采集和分析系统,系统以通用PC为平台并利用软件代替了大部分硬件功能,能够进行连续多循环采集,录制示功图并实现缸内的燃烧分析。着重探讨缸内压力数据的采集方式、存储方式、滤波处理及它们的软件实现方法。

Abstract:Data acquisition and analysis system for in-cylinder pressure signals of CNG engines is developed by using virtual instrument technology. Substituting most of hardware by software, the PC based system can achieve functions of continuous acquisition of in-cylinder pressure signals, data record and combustion analysis. Methods for data acquisition, data storage and digital filtering and implementation of their corresponding software are focused.
