级联功率单元IGBT的驱动与保护研究

摘    要:IGBT驱动保护方式直接关系到IGBT寿命、输出波形畸变率、甚至包括系统可靠性与稳定性.目的在于研究功率单元IGBT的驱动与保护,为此首先分析了各种驱动方案的优缺点,然后确定了IGBT驱动保护方案,接着根据IGBT工作特点,选用2SD315A作为驱动保护元件进行设计,最后将此方法应用到实践中,经过长时间运行验证,该电路可以满足使用要求.

Abstract:IGBT method of drive and protection directly influence not only its life span and THD of output voltage,but also its system reliability and stability.The intention of this paper is to study driver and protection of power unit.Firstly each modulation control method were analyzed,scheme of IGBT driver and protection was decided;then depend on IGBT characteristic,a electric circuit of driver and protection was designed with 2SD315A;in the end,the circuit development is discussed.By long time operation,the circuit is proved to be satisfied with the application request.
