基于CAN总线车内空调温度分区控制系统设计

摘    要:为解决车内空调系统对于车内空间温度的智能化精确控制问题,设计了以STC89C52为微处理器结合SJA1000独立CAN控制器和PCA82C250收发器组成的CAN总线节点,并以此结合DS18B20温度传感器及空调温度步进电机调节机构,组成了一个车内温度分区控制的智能系统。提出了车内温度分区控制的基本方法和实现步骤。设计了该智能系统的硬件电路,各个智能节点所用的温度测量、通信及CAN通信的软件程序。该系统在实验空间内达到了温度的分区精确控制要求。

Abstract:To solve the problem of intelligent and precise control of air temperature by car air conditioner, a CAN-Bus node that combines MCU-STC89C52, stand-alone CAN-bus controller SJA1000 and CAN controller interface PCA82C250 is designed. And a ear air conditioning temperature zone control based on this CAN-Bus node which uses temperature sensor DS18B20 and step-motor temperature regulation system is constructed. A method that integrates application for car air conditioning temperature zone control is proposed. The design method of intelligent node' s hardware, CAN-Bus control' s software and car air conditioning temperature zone control System' s software with the intelligent node is proposed. This system controls the temperature precisely in experimental space.
