摘    要:对第三代移动通信技术(3G)增值业务的快速发展所带来的运营商和服务提供商的分成博弈问题,深入分析了3G增值业务市场的特殊性;利用埃奇沃斯盒式图原理建立电信运营商和3G业务服务提供商的讨价还价博弈理论模型;探讨3G增值业务市场上运营商与服务提供商在网络建设和业务分成合作中的讨价还价机制及其均衡结果。在此基础上提出2个改进的修正模型,进一步确定各种模式下的讨价还价机制的约束条件。研究结果表明,运营商可以采取垄断的定价及分成,同时让服务提供商参与部分业务的管理;对于核心业务的服务提供商,可以强势议价,从而获得埃奇沃斯盒式图的大部分讨价还价空间;对于小规模的服务提供商则应积极联盟,从而与运营商进行联合议价。

Abstract:To solve the sharing game problem between telecom operators and 3G value-added service providers (SP) brought by high-speed 3G technology, the special features of 3G market are analyzed and a bargaining theoretical model is proposed, based on Edge worth. The problem of bargaining mechanism and the balance results of bargaining between operators and SP about network construction and cooperation are discussed. Then, two optimized modified models are developed and the best bargaining balance constraints condition is carried out.. The results show that the telecom operators can use monopoly pricing, while allowing 3G value-added service providers to participate the management of some business; the core service providers can take part in pricing with strong bargaining power to obtain most bargaining space of the Edge worth box; other small-scale service providers should actively seek alliance to conduct joint bargaining.
