基于结构方程模型的蔬菜质量安全风险分析

摘    要:把蔬菜生产各环节中影响蔬菜质量安全风险的因素分为蔬菜生产者安全生产行为、政策法规制度、社会环境3个方面,对于无法直接测量的影响因素,采用结构方程模型方法,设定了39个可测量指标,构建出蔬菜质量安全风险影响因素的概念模型,提出了16个假设。通过对这些因素对蔬菜质量安全影响程度的分析,得出了蔬菜生产过程各环节影响蔬菜质量安全风险的主要因素,提出了应对措施,并建议全面构建蔬菜质量安全风险防范体系。

Abstract:The effect of vegetable production in each link of vegetable quality safety risk factors are divided into three aspects including safety production behavior of vegetable producers, the system of policies and regulations as well as social environment. For the influence factors that cannot be measured directly, 39 measurable indicators are set . A vegetable quality safety risk factors conceptual model is built by using the structural equation modeling and 16 hypotheses are proposed. The impact of these factors on vegetable quality and safety are analyzed. Finally, the main factors affect the production of vegetables in each session are obtained, based on which countermeasures are proposed. It is recommended to build a comprehensive system of vegetables quality safety and risk prevention.
