企业生产库存管理中的数学模型

摘    要:为了应对市场对产品需求量的波动,维持生产计划的平稳。对Thompson G.L.和Sethi S.P.Turnpike提出的基础的生产库存模型进行了改进,给出了波动需求函数和一般需求函数的表达式,在此基础上求得了普通最优解及长期稳定状态下的最优解,从而得到了生产库存管理中的优化数学模型。该模型阐述了企业对生产库存管理实现优化控制的过程,具有一般普遍的应用性,能够给现实生产带来一些更实际的指导。

Abstract:In order to respond to the fluctuations of market' s demand for production and maintain a smooth production plan, discussing the problem of how to arrange production and inventory to minimize the total cost while achieving the maximization profit is particularly important. To improve the basic production and storage model given by Thompson G. L and Sethi S. P. Turnpike, give the expression of the fluctuated demand function and the general demand function to obtain the optimal solution under ordinary state and long-term steady-state and then obtain the mathematical model of optimization in the production and storage management. The model describes the process of achieving optimal control of storage and production. It has general broad application and can bring some more practical guidance to the real production.
