三元铜铁硫晶体的合成及光学性能

摘    要:分别以氯化铜、氯化铁为铜源和铁源,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠为硫源,乙醇为溶剂,合成了二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铜/铁前驱体,通过水热分解二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铜/铁前驱体得到了三元铜铁硫晶体。X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜及选区电子衍射结果显示所得三元铜铁硫晶体为单晶立方Cu1.1Fe1.1S2结构,由平均尺寸小于500 nm的无规则颗粒及直径低于100 nm的纳米棒构成。紫外吸收光谱显示样品在287 nm和528 nm处有较宽广的紫外吸收峰,光致发光光谱显示样品在459.2 nm、494.2 nm和600 nm位置处分别存在较强的蓝光及绿光发射峰。

Abstract:CuFeS crystals were synthesized by the hydrothermal decomposition of Cu/Fe diethyldithiocarbamate complex which using CuCl2 and FeCl3 as the Cu resource and Fe resource respectively,sodium diethyldithiocarbamate as the S resource,absolute ethanol as the solvent.X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscop,transmission electron microscopy and selected area electron diffraction results show that the Cu1.1Fe1.1S2 crystals with cubic structure are composed of irregular particles with the average size of less than 500 nm and nanoscale rod-shaped morphology with the diameter of less than 100 nm.Ultraviolet spectrum displays broad absorption peak at 287 nm and 528 nm.Photoluminescence spectrum shows strong blue light and green light emission at 459.2 nm,494.2 nm and 600 nm respectively.
