摘    要:介绍了南方稀土分离过程中废水的来源、分类与主要成分。根据稀土产业排放标准要求,针对各种废水,提出了制定清浊分流、分类处理,浓稀分治、循环利用、综合回收与无害化治理的总体思路。结合稀土分离工艺流程,通过改进工艺、调整工艺过程与设备,采用母液循环、逆流洗涤、平衡利用工艺排水等工艺清洁化方案,废水能达到稀土产业排放标准。

Abstract:This article explains the origin, classification and principal ingredients of the waste water in the separation process of the south rare earth. According to the sewage discharge standard in rare earth industry and the general idea of recycling, comprehensive recovery and harmless treatment, different kinds of waste water was separated and classified in clear or turbid, dense or dilute. The separation tech- nology was improved, the separation technology process and equipment were adjusted, and the clean technological scheme of mother liquor cycle, countercurrent washing, balanced use of drainage, etc. were adopted. After production commissioning, the wastewater basically up to the sewage discharge standard in rare earth industry.
