摘    要:10万t/a锌焙烧制酸系统SO2泄漏污染环境的主要原因是制酸尾气烟囱SO2超标和焙烧高温风机后事故烟囱。本文找出了制约制酸尾气达标排放的各种因素及解决办法,实现了尾气达标排放;找出了造成高温风机后事故烟囱SO2泄漏的主要原因和解决办法,确保了正常开停车、事故开停车烟气中SO2达标排放。

Abstract:The SO2 in chimney used for acid making tail gas exceeds the standard and the accident chimney after using high temperature fan in roasting stage are the main reasons for environmental pollution caused by SO2 leakage from roasting acid making system in 100 000 t/a zinc smelting. Various factors and solutions that limit the standard discharge of acid making tail gas were found out, realizing standard discharge of tail gas. And the main reasons and solutions of SO2 leakage in accident chimney for ensuring standard discharge of SO2 in flue gas from normal start up and shutdown, and start up and shutdown after an accident.
