摘    要:提出了一种用于检测在役车辆车轴产生疲劳裂纹的超声波方法,设计了中心孔探头与斜角探头一起,完成了对车辆车轴的关键区域探伤。

Abstract:An ultrasonic system for the nondestructive testing of railway truck axles was developed so as to detect the fatigue cracks which might develop during their service life. A special centre-bore probe and angle beam probes were designed for inspecting the critical zones of the axles.
