摘    要:变电站自动化由面向功能转向面向对象设计,将多种功能集中于就地测控保护单元(简称就地单元),核心是信息的综合利用。文中从信息技术(IT)的角度出发,提出对就地单元的信息进行分层分类和归纳提取,建立安全保障系统,以提高变电站和整个系统的安全运行水平,并就安全保障系统的功能和实现等方面的内容进行初步的探讨。按上述原理开发的高压开关柜内置式就地测控保护单元装置,已通过动模试验并投入试运行,效果良好。

Abstract:It's a trend to design object- oriented substation autom ation instead of function- oriented one.All the functions such as data acquiring,control,measurement and protection are integrated into m icroprocessor- based intelligent local unit ML U .The core technique is the comprehensive utilization of inform ation.Through data processing,the unitary security and perform ance can be im proved. In this paper,based on inform ation technology IT ,a safety- guaranteed system is set up through the classification,layering,and knowledge acquirem ent of sampled data from ML U. The functions and their realization of this system are discussed. Based on the above principle,a microprocessor- based local unit integrated with protection,measurement and supervision in HV switch cupboard is developed.It has been tested by the dynamic simulation and put into field operation.The perform ance is satisfied.
