| 摘 要： | 分析了数码相机后盖塑料件的工艺特点,介绍了数码相机后盖注射模结构设计和工作过程.该模具采用滑块成型塑料件的侧孔,斜销成型塑料件内部表面的倒扣,用限位螺钉、限位拉杆和尼龙开闭器实现顺序开模和定距.生产实践表明,该模具结构合理,运行可靠.

| Abstract: | The technological characteristics of back cap of digital camera were analyzed,and the structural design and operating process of the injection mould were introduced.Side hole was formed by means of slider,and ramp pin was used to snap close on the inner surface.The limit screw,limit drag-bars and nylon shutters were used to open the mould sequentially.The production practice showed that the mould structure was rational and safe in operation. |
