露天开采综合生产成本的优化研究

摘    要:为建立具有广泛指导作用的露天开采综合成本优化模型,基于回归分析原理并以爆破块度为决策变量,研究了其与钻孔、爆破、装载、运输、破碎等成本组成的关系,最终确立了以综合成本最优化为目标函数的露天成本优化模型,实现了通过控制块度的分布来优化生产成本的目的。结果表明,以爆破块度为量化指标的优化模型可以为现场生产提供良好的指导作用。

Study on Optimization of Comprehensive Production Cost in Open - pit Mining

Abstract:In order to establish a comprehensive cost optimization model for opencast mining which has extensive guidance, it was studied that the relationship between the block size and the cost of drilling, blasting, loading, transportation and breaking, which is basing on the regression analysis principle and the block size as the decision variables at the same time. The open cost optimization model was established with the cost optimization as the objective function finally, and the purpose of optimizing the production cost by controlling the distribution of the block degree was realized. The results show that the optimization model of the bursting mass could provide a good guide for the field production.
