摘 要: | 提出一种基于比较法的自动式高冲击台的高g值加速度传感器动态校准方法,并针对校准环境的复杂性,标准加速度传感器本身具有的误差性,对校准结果的不确定度进行灰色评定。该方法将校准系统看成为灰色系统,先用灰色准则剔除粗大误差,然后利用灰色方法对校准结果的不确定度进行评定,最后与A类不确定度进行比较,验证了灰色评定方法的可靠性。

Abstract: | A dynamic calibration method of high g value acceleration sensor based on the comparison method is proposed, and in view of the complexity of the calibration environment, the error of the standard acceleration sensor itself , the uncertainty of the calibration result is evaluated by the gray evaluation. In this method, the calibration system is viewed as a gray system,first with gray criterion to eliminate gross errors,and then use the gray method on the result of calibration uncertainty.Finally, with the class A uncertain degree were compared, to verify the reliability of the gray evaluation method. |
