摘    要:根据采空区岩石的特征,制配破碎岩石岩样,利用MTS815.02岩石力学伺服试验系统及渗透仪完成了破碎岩石的渗流试验,利用1stOpt(First Optimization)软件分别对渗透率和非达西流因子与孔隙率、粒径的关系进行了二元统计分析,分别给出了三者之间的关系式。研究表明,渗透率与孔隙率呈幂次关系,相同孔隙率下,渗透率受粒径影响。根据采空区孔隙率分布情况和试验结果,推出采空区渗透率和非达西流因子的表达式,用VB编程并利用Tecplot9.0软件对数据进行处理,给出了采空区渗透率和非达西流因子的分布图。这对采空区漏风及自燃发火的防治研究具有重要的意义。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of rock in goaf, the seepage tests were conducted on broken rock samples with rock mechanics test system MTS815.02 and a permeameter. Using the 1stOpt (first optimization) software, the seepage characteristics in broken rocks were obtained. Both Permeability and non-Darcy flow factor are related to porosity and particle size, the relationship of them was analyzed respectively. The study shows that the permeability and porosity are power relations, and the permeability is affected by the particle size under the same porosity. According to the porosity distribution in goaf and based on the test results in this paper, the permeability and non-Darcy flow factor expression in goaf were given. Finally, by VB programming and Tecplot 9.0 data processing software, the permeability and non-Darcy flow factor distribution for different particle size in goaf were derived. This has an important significance in research on prevention of air leakage in goaf spontaneous combustion.
