基于铷原子钟和双TDC-GP2的高精度时间基准测量系统的设计

摘    要:针对目前精密时间基准测试仪测量精度低、分辨率低、测量范围小、设计复杂等不足,结合最新的时间-数字转换技术,设计了基于铷原子钟和双TDC-GP2的高精度时间基准测量系统。结合FPGA和上位机,在简化设计的基础上实现了时间基准偏差的高精度、高分辨率、大量程连续测量。经过测试,系统测量量程为1ns~1s,时差测量分辨率达到100ps,精度达0.0015%±0.3ns,满足设计要求。

The Design of High-precision Time Reference Measurement System based on Rubidium Disciplined Crystal Oscillator and Double TDC-GP2
Abstract:Combined with the latest Time-to-Digital Converter technology, A high-precision time reference measurement system design is put forward which is based on rubidium disciplined crystal oscillator and double TDC-GP2 for the problem of the low precision, low resolution, small measuring range and design complex of the precision time benchmark for the moment. Combined with FPGA and PC then finally realized the high precision, high resolution and large range continuous measurement of the time base error based on simplified design. After testing, the system measurement range is 1ns~1s, the resolution reaches 100ps, the precision up to 0.0015%±0.3ns ,which meets the design requirements.
