停放时间对炭黑填充溶聚丁苯橡胶/顺丁橡胶并用胶挤出流变特性的影响

摘    要:以炭黑填充SSBR/BR为研究对象,采用毛细管流变仪,RPA,哈普挤出机等研究停放时间对SSBR/BR并用胶挤出流变特性的影响。结果表明,结合橡胶含量、松弛时间及门尼黏度均随停放时间的延长而增加,且三者的变化规律相近;混炼胶的payne效应及储能模量均随停放时间的延长增大,表明炭黑聚集体在停放过程中出现一定程度团聚;混炼胶的挤出黏度随着停放时间的延长略有增加;入口压力降随着停放时间的延长显著增大且变温度的影响较为明显;停放48小时,混炼胶的挤出物棱处均出现较为明显的锯齿形瑕疵,停放24小时,样品的挤出胀大比最小。综上所示,对该体系而言其最佳的停放时间为24小时。

Abstract::The effect of storage time of SSBR/BR filled with carbon black on extrusion rheological behavior was investigated by means of capillary rheometer, RPA,extruder and several other measurement characterization methods. The results show that the bound rubber content and the relaxation time and the Mooney viscosity increase with the increasing storage time, besides, both of them have the similar changing characteristics. The payne effect and the storage modulus of the rubber compound also increase with the extending storage time, indicates that the carbon black aggregates agglomerate to some degree in the storage process. The shearing viscosity increases slightly with the increasing storage time. The entrance pressure loss increases with the extending storage time, besides, the effect of temperature is obvious. The zigzag flaw shows up on the extrudate edge at 48 hours. The sample have the minimum swelling ratio at 24 hours. To sum up, as for the system,24 hours is the best storage time.
