摘    要:目前国内矿山对于设备的使用仍然是本着技术寿命原则,忽略了设备的工作效率和运营成本与使用寿命之间的关系。为了尽可能降低矿山的运营成本,提高矿山的经济效益,基于动态规划的原理,建立给定矿山生产计划的单台设备的更新策略优化模型与算法,得出单台设备的最优更新策略。并以南芬露天矿电铲设备为例,运用已建立的模型算法,得出该矿山在具体的生产计划下单台设备的最优更新策略,为矿山运营过程中设备的更新提供借鉴。

Abstract:So far, many domestic mining enterprises for the equipment allocation and replacement is still based on the use of technical life principles, ignoring the efficiency of the equipment and the relationship between life and operating costs. In order to reduce the operation cost and improve the economic benefit of mine, basing on the principle of dynamic programming, the optimization model and algorithm of updating strategy for single equipment in mine life are established, and the optimal replacement strategy of the single equipment is obtained. Taking Nanfen open pit excavator equipment as an example, using the established model algorithm, the optimal replacement strategy of the single equipment in the mine production plan is obtained, which provides a reference for the renewal of equipment in the process of mine operation.
