澳大利亚昆士兰州克朗克里铜(金)矿床地质特征及成矿规律

摘    要:克里克朗铜(金)矿床位于芒特—艾萨构造窗内旺加及匡比—马布的交汇部位,地处世界著名的铜—铅—锌—银—金成矿带上。矿区主要出露中元古界的Soldier Cap群及Mary Kathleen群,多期、强烈的变形变质作用使得区内断裂构造发育,位于矿区中部的F4~F11控制着矿(化)体的产出。矿(化)体多赋存于花岗岩断裂带及构造破碎带中,断裂为含矿热液提供运移通道,同时萃取早期岩体中的成矿元素在上部断裂带内富化成矿,形成构造热液型铜(金)矿床。通过对矿区内进行物探试验,发现磁法找矿效果良好,确定位于矿区中—东部的M-01及M-03异常具有较好的找矿前景,断裂构造、磁异常及围岩蚀变地段是有利的找矿标志,为下一步找矿工作提供了重要的理论依据,对认识区内具有相似成矿背景矿段的找矿思路具有重要参考作用。

Geological characters and ore genesis of Quamby-Clonagh iron-copper deposit in Australia

Abstract:Kerry Krona copper (gold) deposit is located in intersection part of Wonga tectonic unit and Qumaby-malbon tectonic unit, in Mount Isa structural window.The mining area mainly outcrop the Solider Cap Group and Mary Kathleen Group of middle proterozoic. In this area, the fault structure develops well, and the deformation and metamorphism develops strongly. The faults F4~F11 have controlled the occurrence of (mineralization) ore-body. The (mineralization) ore-bodies are hosted in granite fault belt and structural fracture belt. The fractures provided the migration pathways for ore-bearing hydrothermal solution, which extracted the metallogenic elements from the early-stage rock mass. Finally, the fluid contained mineral has concentrated in ore-formation as well. In addition, according to the geophysical experiments of mining area, we found that the magnetic method has the better prospecting effects. Besides, the M-01/M-03 magnetic anomaly have better prospecting potentials, which located in the middle-eastern of mining area. This author concluded that the fault structure, magnetic anomaly and wall-rock alteration are the favorable prospecting criteria. Furthermore, this research has designate a clear prospecting direction for the Kerry Krona copper (gold) deposit.
