新型单相交流变换器

摘    要:新型单相交流变流器使用较少的功率器件实现单级功率变换,利于提高变换器的功率密度和变换效率。本文介绍了新型单相交流变换器的电路拓扑结构给并出了工作模态和工作原理的详细分析,与传统的自耦调压器相比,新型单相交流变换器具有输出电压范围宽,体积小的特点,并且方便采用电压反馈控制,使得输出电压不受负载变化的影响,外特性较硬。仿真和实验证实了该电路拓扑的合理性和优越性。

Novel Single Phase AC Converter
Abstract:Novel single-phase AC converter using fewer power devices to achieve single stage power conversion, is conducive to the provision of converter power density and conversion efficiency. In this paper, the circuit topology of a novel single-phase AC converter is introduced and the working mode and working principle are analyzed in detail.With the traditional self coupling adjusting pressure is compared, the novel single- phase AC converter with wide output voltage range, characteristics of small volume, and easy to use voltage feedback control, makes the output voltage is not affected by the change of load effect, external characteristic is hard.Simulation and experiment prove the rationality and superiority of the topology of the circuit.
