摘    要:针对高阶段采场深孔爆破中存在的炸药单耗高、爆破质量差、爆破危害效应得不到有效控制等问题,从装药结构设计优化、孔网参数设计优化、凿岩质量控制、施工管理等几个方面提出了对爆破质量进行控制的具体举措,改善了高阶段采场深孔爆破质量,有效解决了实际问题。研究发现,设计合理孔网参数,采用轴向不耦合空气间隔装药结构,严格控制钻孔精度,能够有效降低炸药单耗,降低爆破大块率,提高爆破质量。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems such as high explosive cost, poor blasting quality and blasting hazard effect in high-stage deep hole blasting, the design of the charge structure is optimized, the design of the hole network is optimized, the quality control and construction of the rock Management and so on several aspects of the blasting quality control of the specific measures to improve the high-stage stope deep hole blasting quality, effectively solve the practical problems. It is found that the design of reasonable hole network parameters, the use of axially uncoupled air separation charge structure, strict control of drilling accuracy, can effectively reduce the explosive unit consumption, reduce the blasting block rate, improve the blasting quality.
