水泥沥青胶凝材料抗压强度的计算公式

摘    要:依据低沥灰比(mA/mC)水泥沥青(CA)胶凝材料的物理结构模型,基于多孔水泥石和两相复合材料的相关理论,构建了4个表征CA胶凝材料抗压强度与组成参数之间关系的数学模型,测试了不同配合比的低沥灰比CA胶凝材料试件的抗压强度、孔隙率和沥青体积分数.结果表明:沥青体积分数是试件抗压强度的主要影响因素,而孔隙率对抗压强度的影响较小;试件抗压强度测试值与模型拟合结果的对比分析表明,测试值与改进Schiller方程的拟合结果有很好的一致性;再根据CA胶凝材料各物相体积分数与其配合比参数的定量关系,推导出了基于沥灰比、水灰比和水泥水化度等配合比参数的CA胶凝材料抗压强度计算公式.

Abstract:According to the physical structure model of cement asphalt(CA) binders with low asphalt cement ratio, in reference to the related theories of cement based materials and two phase composites, 4 mathematical models to characterize the relationship between compressive strength and composition parameters of CA binders were developed. The compressive strength, porosity and volume fraction of asphalt for CA binders with different mix proportions were investigated. Results show that the volume fraction of asphalt is the essential factor which affects the compressive strength, while the influence of porosity on compressive strength is slight. The modified Schiller model is most suitable to characterize the compressive strength of CA binders, the calculated results fit well with the experimental results. On the basis of the quantitative relationship between each phase volume fraction and mix proportion parameters of CA binders, the mathematical relation between the compressive strength of CA binders and the mix proportion parameters with regard to asphalt cement ratio, water cement ratio and cement hydration degree is clarified.
