摘 要: | 酸性矿山污水已经严重的危害了人类赖以生存的环境。本文设计了一款基于泥浆法酸性污水处理的自动控制系统,该系统不仅实现了电石乳投放、絮凝剂加入、废水流量等自动化控制。同时采用了中和反应搅拌系统,提高了控制系统的准确率。根据实验测试结果显示,设计的控制系统处理的某矿区的酸性废水能够达到国际一级排放标准,同时还可以有效地降低运营成本。

Abstract: | acid mine drainage has seriously endangered the environment for human survival. In this paper, the high concentration mud method for the treatment of mine waste-water is used to solve the problems in the process of ash neutralization, such as the pipeline is easy to be blocked, the sludge density is low and so on. This paper not only discusses the mechanism of high concentration sludge treatment of acid mine waste-water, and the Pyrite Mine Waste-water Treatment Process Based on the design of automatic control system, effectively improve the level of automation of processing equipment. |
