固相浓度对水-煤管道输送的影响研究

摘    要:数值模拟了管道输送水-煤两相流动的流场,结果发现液固两相流中确实存在壁面滑移层,且滑移情况随固相浓度含量变化而变化。在煤粒径为1 mm的情况下,管内存在煤粒子向管道中心聚集的正滑移现象,这将有利于固相输送中能耗的降低,但固相浓度含量越高,粒子的这种聚集现象越不明显,而且单位管长的压降随输送煤浓度的增加而增大。

Abstract:Water-coal two-phase pipeflows were numerically simulated.It is shown that apparent wall slip does exist in the complex flow for the cases studied,and the influences of solid fraction on water-coal two-phase pipeflow vary with solid fraction.For 1mm-diameter coal particles,the solid particles congregate toward the pipe center areas in the pipe,which will be good to the transport drag,and such phenomenon becomes unconspicuous with the solid fraction increases.In addition,pressure drop of the two-phase flow on unit length increases with the solid fraction growing.
